Logging In
Standard Login Process
- Navigate to the Portal
- Open your browser and go to your organization’s portal URL
- You will see the login screen with the JuryQ Clerk Portal logo
- Enter Credentials
- Email Address: Enter your court email address
- Password: Enter your password
- Click the “Sign In” button
- Two-Factor Authentication (if enabled)
- If your organization has enabled MFA, you will be prompted for a verification code
- Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app
- Click “Verify”
- Successful Login
- You will be redirected to the Homepage Dashboard
- The top navigation bar will display your profile information
Forgot Password
If you forget your password:
- Click “Forgot Password?” on the login screen
- Enter your email address
- Click “Send Reset Link”
- Check your email for password reset instructions
- Follow the link in the email to create a new password
- Return to the login page and sign in with your new password
Account Locked
If your account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts:
- Contact your system administrator or support
- Provide your username (email address)
- Your administrator will unlock your account
Logging Out
To log out of the portal:
- Click the Menu button (hamburger icon) in the top right corner
- Click “Sign Out” at the bottom of the menu
- You will be redirected to the login page
- Best Practice: Always log out when you’re finished, especially on shared computers
Troubleshooting Login Issues
Cannot Log In
- Verify you’re using the correct email address
- Ensure Caps Lock is off
- Try resetting your password
- Contact your administrator if account is locked
Two-Factor Authentication Issues
- Ensure authenticator app time is synced
- Try regenerating code
- Contact administrator to reset MFA
