Accessing the Portal

To access the JuryQ Clerk Portal:

1. Open your web browser
2. Navigate to your organization’s portal URL
3. You will be directed to the login page

First Time Login

If this is your first time logging in:

1. You should have received login credentials from your system administrator
2. Your initial login credentials include:
   • Username: Your email address (e.g., clerk@example.com)
   • Temporary Password: Provided by your administrator
3. Important: You will be prompted to change your password on first login

Password Requirements

Your password must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 8 characters
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
• At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)

System Requirements

Supported Browsers

• Google Chrome (recommended) - Version 90+
• Mozilla Firefox - Version 88+
• Microsoft Edge - Version 90+
• Safari - Version 14+

Technical Requirements

• Internet Connection: High-speed internet recommended
• Screen Resolution: 1280x720 minimum (1920x1080 recommended)
• Operating System: Windows 10+, macOS 10.14+, or Linux

Not Supported

• Internet Explorer (all versions)
• Opera Mini
• Older mobile browsers
