Accessing Juror Details

You can access an individual juror’s full profile in several ways:

From Court Details Table:

  1. Find the juror in the table
  2. Click the actions menu on their row
  3. Select “View Full Profile”

From Search:

  1. Use the global search (Ctrl+K / Cmd+K)
  2. Search for juror by name, email, or ID
  3. Click the juror in search results

Add a Note:

  1. Scroll to the Notes section
  2. Click “Add Note”
  3. Type your note in the text field
  4. Click “Save Note”
  5. Note is timestamped with your name

Managing Juror Requests

Approving a Request

From Juror Detail Page:

  1. Scroll to the Request History section
  2. Find the pending request
  3. Click “Approve”
  4. The Approve or Deny Modal opens
  5. Select Action: Choose “Approve”
  6. If Reschedule Request: Select the new court date
  7. Add Note (Optional): Provide a reason or explanation
  8. Click “Submit”
  9. The request status updates to “Approved”
  10. The juror receives a notification

Denying a Request

From Juror Detail Page:

  1. Scroll to the Request History section
  2. Find the pending request
  3. Click “Deny”
  4. The Approve or Deny Modal opens
  5. Select Action: Choose “Deny”
  6. Add Note (Required): Explain why the request is denied
  7. Click “Submit”
  8. The request status updates to “Denied”
  9. The juror receives a notification

Understanding Juror States

Jurors move through different states during their service lifecycle:

Pre-Appearance States

  1. CREATED - Juror has been imported and summons sent
  2. SIGNED_UP - Juror has registered online
  3. REGISTERED - Completed the registration questionnaire
  4. PENDING - Awaiting clerk review or processing
  5. EXEMPTED - Granted exemption from jury service
  6. DISQUALIFIED - Does not meet qualifications for service

Appearance States

  1. QUEUED - Juror is in the waiting queue for selection
  2. CALLED_TO_APPEAR - Assigned to a specific court room
  3. APPEARED - Juror has checked in and is present
  4. AT_RISK_TO_APPEAR - System indicates juror may fail to appear
  5. FAILED_TO_APPEAR - Juror did not show up
  6. DISMISSED - Released from jury service
