Generate insights and statistics on jury operations.

Accessing Reports

  1. Click the Menu button
  2. Select “Reports”

Report Filters

Use the filter controls at the top to customize your report:

1. Courthouse Filter

Multi-Select Courthouse:

Steps:

  1. Click Courthouse dropdown
  2. Check courthouses to include
  3. Click Apply
  4. Report updates automatically

2. Date Range Filter

Predefined Ranges:

Using Predefined Range:

  1. Click Date Range dropdown
  2. Select range
  3. Report updates immediately

Custom Date Range:

  1. Select “Custom”
  2. Click start date
  3. Click end date
  4. Click Apply

3. Court Date Filter

Purpose: Filter to a specific court date

Steps:

  1. Click Court Date dropdown
  2. Select a court date
  3. Report updates to show only that court date’s data

Exporting Reports

Steps

  1. Configure report using filters
  2. Click “Export CSV” button
  3. Choose export options:
    • Full Report: All sections and data
    • Summary Only: Key metrics
    • Specific Section: Choose one section
  4. Click “Download”
  5. CSV downloads to your browser
