Review jury operations performance and generate stored reports.
Accessing Analytics
- Open the menu
- Select Analytics
Analytics has two tabs: Overview and Reports.
Overview Tab
The overview shows:
- Juror funnel — progression from summoned through appearance / dismissal
- Key metrics — adoption, participation, and appearance-style rates
- Court date sidebar — focus charts on a specific date or range
Click funnel stages or metric cards for short explanations of how each number is calculated.
Filters
Use the controls on the page to narrow by courthouse and date range before reading the charts.
Reports Tab
Stored / on-demand report panels for operational exports, including areas such as:
- Juror statistics
- Response rate
- Juror status
- Appearance / FTA
- Payment / reimbursement (when payments are enabled)
- Summons batch
- Audit log
- Notification delivery
- Exemption / disqualification
Open a report card, set its filters, and export when the panel supports download.
Tips
- Start on Overview for the day; use Reports when finance or auditors need a file
- Match the date range to the court dates you are reviewing
- Payment reports only matter if Payments are enabled for your county
