Manage clerk accounts and permissions.

Accessing User Management

  1. Click the Menu button
  2. Select “Users”

Viewing Users

The Users page displays:

Columns:

Creating a New User

Steps

  1. Click “Create User” button
  2. The User Modal opens

  3. Fill in Details:

    First Name (Required):

    • Clerk’s first name

    Last Name (Required):

    • Clerk’s last name

    Email Address (Required):

    • Must be unique
    • Used for login

    Password (Required):

    • Minimum 8 characters
    • Must meet complexity requirements
    • User will be prompted to change on first login

    Confirm Password (Required):

    • Must match password field

    Role (Required):

    • Admin: Full system access
    • Clerk: Standard juror management access
    • Supervisor: Clerk access plus reporting
    • Call Center: Call center operations only

    Status:

    • Active (can log in)
    • Inactive (cannot log in)
  4. Click “Create User”
  5. Success message appears
  6. User receives welcome email with login instructions

What Happens

Editing a User

  1. Find user in table
  2. Click Edit icon
  3. Modify Fields:
    • Name
    • Email (caution: will change login)
    • Role
    • Status
  4. Click “Save Changes”

Common Edits:

Note: You cannot edit another user’s password. Users must use “Forgot Password” to reset.

Deleting a User

  1. Find user in table
  2. Click Delete icon
  3. Confirm deletion

Warning: This permanently deletes the account

Important:

Resetting User Password

Option 1: User Self-Service

  1. User clicks “Forgot Password?” on login
  2. Enters email
  3. Receives password reset email
  4. Follows link to create new password

Option 2: Admin Reset

  1. Edit the user
  2. Click “Reset Password” (if available)
  3. System sends password reset email
  4. User follows email instructions
